Detail : Major Science got us thinking about a new beer that utilized thiolized yeast, which is pushing the flavor limits on beer, along with an EQ first, a triple dry hop. Major Science starts off using a 2-row, white wheat, and chit malt base with an Idaho7 and Mosaic whirlpool, along with a thiolized yeast strain. Dry hopped with Citra, Strata, and Galaxy, Major Science has aromas of pineapple, cannabis, citrus, and crushed frankenberry with saturated flavors of papaya smoothie, lychee, mango chunks, weed, and passionfruit exploding into a creamy, dank, and thick popsicle finish lined with our rainbow melon #EQjuice.
