Detail : We brewed this beer in collaboration with Hollands Hophuis - a Dutch hop supplier that specialises in European hops. They make hop products with a process similar to cryo - the lupulin is thus more concentrated and a very clean aroma and taste are created. We chose a fairly new Slovenian hop variety for this beer - the Cardinal. It has a very fruity citrus aroma with multi fruit juice flavour. So this is an all European NEIPA on a base of wheat. Very tasty!
